Description:

This reinforced concrete structure is an excellent example of Neo-Gothic architecture, exhibiting ornamented plaster cornices and decorative marble pillars, walls and wainscoting, and rising 11 stories above a four-story rectangular base. Designed by prominent local architect G. Lloyd Preacher, the building was completed in 1930. It is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Central Avenue and Mitchell Street.
