Terrible Customer Service Skills

Visited the restaurant and sat at the bar. There were more employees then guest on a Friday? The female bartender's attitude assured me why the bar was empty. It's to bad; because its a nice setup, but the customer service I received from bartender "D" they called her... is nothing nice. I've concluded she must be one of the owners wife or girlfriend, because; why would anyone employ someone with such a nasty demeanor; and especially in the public eye? and representing your new establishment? I will never go back and will definitely tell my friends and family of my experience. Sincerely, Very disappointed patron.

We are very sorry about this customers experience at our place. We did not have the best of service at that time. We were a new establishment and had some start up problems. We have made many changes, including at the bar. We are much better now. Come try us. Or food, service and entertainment is Great. Try us now.
