Not impressed

Called for an estimate on repairing my big screen television. I had researched the issue on the Internet and pretty much knew what the issue was but needed someone to repair. This business tried to make everything sound like a major problem to justify their extremely high price (much higher than anyone else that I talked to). Said they had to haul my tv to their shop and that would cost. I ended up having the television fixed by one of their competitors at a much lower price, in my home and in about 1/20th the time they indicated it would take to fix the problem. Don't know how this business' work is, but I do know that there are others that can fix your problems at a much lower price.
