Not sure what happened with the reviewer below, but every time I've been in Big Peach customer service has been great. Very knowledgeable staff and always very friendly and helpful. I was recently there to purchse a birthday gift for my spouse and my experience there was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Big Peach for your running/walking apparel needs.

I am positively stunned by atlrunfun's review. I have made several visits to Big Peach. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to spend as much time as needed to put you in the right shoe. Their fit process only takes about 5 minutes but is thorough and eye opening. I was discouraged from taking a more expensive shoe when trying to decide between two styles. While shoes are sold at retail, it is well worth paying the price for the personalized attention given. I have recommended Big Peach to many friends, both runners and walkers who all agreed it was the best retail experience they ever had. If you are a novice or a serious long-time runner, you can't beat the non-intimidating, fun atmosphere at Big Peach!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO GOOD, THEY JUST TRY TO GET YOU IN TO THE MOST EXPENSIVE SHOE. THEY ARE RUDE AND NOT HELPFULL. I HAVE BEEN ALL AND THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET SHOES. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Big Peach is a great find for all Atlanta runners. I have been running for many years and have never found a running specialty store that supports and encourages running more than Big Peach. The employees focus more on finding the shoe that works best for your body type and running style then on ?making the sale.? If you are looking for the perfect running shoe, go to Big Peach and let them analyze your form on the in-store treadmill. Also, throughout the year Big Peach sponsors various free running events which are worth checking out.
