That's what the guests were saying, The food was OUTRAGEOUS! Extremely good, plenty of it! The center-cut pork chops were amazing, you could (and I did) cut them with a plastic knife. Potatoes were incredible. I 'worked' the room all night and heard nothing but praise and oohs & ahhs! People were making multiple visits to the buffet line and yet I still had plenty left for the after-party. Thank you for a memorable feast! Richard

I had to take the time to rate this wonderful catering company. TJ and his staff go over and beyond your expectations. He's very personable. It's hard to find someone that will actually talk to you these days. Everything is usually sent via email and you're lucking to get to talk to a "real" person. His great attitude put my mind at ease knowing that everything would be taken care of without any problems. My party took place without any difficulties. Thanks TJ for everything. I plan on using your company for every party from now on and I plan to recommend you to everyone I know. Thanks again.

I would highly recommend Diversified Catering. TJ and his staff are exceptional. What makes his services different and above the rest is that he cooks everything on site. You can't ask for fresher food than that. TJ is so easy to work with. He puts your mind at ease. There is always a smile on his face. The event that I attended was breath taking and the food was wonderful. TJ goes over and beyond your expectations. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

TJ catered a party for me and I have to say it was awesome. We worked together to build a menu and boy did he deliver. The food was great, the service as exceptional and working with TJ was a breeze. He was both accommodating and extremely helpful. I will definitely use his services again! Thanks TJ.

I attended an event an chef TJ was awesome. The food and the service was great. I would highly recommend this for any event!
